Ages 10-11 Training

Physical Training (PT)  focuses on strength, stability, and technique to develop vertical jump and speed for 8-12U players. Training includes balance, core, resistance, power, and plyometrics.

Over the course of a club season, players that attend 2-3 sessions per week might improve their vertical by as much as 4 inches.

 

Ages 12-14 Training

Advanced Physical Training (APT)  focuses on strength, stability, and technique to develop vertical jump and speed for 13-14U Players. Training includes balance, core, resistance, power, and plyometrics.

Special attention is given towards competition schedules and 
helping athletes peak at the right time.

Ages 15+ Training

Elite Physical Training (EPT+) is a program that focuses on improving strength, stability, and technique to develop vertical jump and speed for high school aged players. Training includes balance, core, resistance, power, and plyometrics.

helping athletes peak at the right time.
