Getting you started - Group Sessions
SESSION 1 - READY
Our Certified Trainers will do a skill assessment to find your starting point. Then you’ll work with the correct group to achieve your performance goals.
SESSION 2 - STEADY
The 2nd session will define more ways to achieve your performance goals. All sessions will focus on proper technique as you progress.

With professional sports being highly competitive, speed and agility training is very important. Young athletes need to enhance this training along with strength and endurance training.

INDIVIDUAL
- 8 Sessions a month
- 2x a week = $20.25/session
- All 8 sessions must be used within the month purchased
