Rachel Hamilton

Rachel discovered her love of working out and staying fit in college, learning on her own in the campus gym and later with student trainers. Now a veteran of crossfit for over 3 years and a practitioner of yoga for even longer, she has completed her personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is excited to work with new clients who want to look and feel better and are ready to get a little sweaty on the way to reaching their goals!
