Athlete Training

Our athletic training programs can be tailored to suite the needs and goals of individual athletes and involve a combination of weightlifting, plyometrics, cardio, and sport-specific drills.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced athlete, we will help you achieve your full potential and perform at your best on the field or court.

Athlete Training Programs

High school athlete training at Motivera

Performance Training

Monday - Thursday

4:00, 5:00, or 6:00 (1 hour session)

Monday & Thursday: Lower body

Tuesday: Upper body

Wednesday: Total body and core

Designed to help athletes improve their overall athletic performance and strength.

*Note: Only 4:00 pm offered on Friday.

Vertical and Agility Training

Monday - Thursday

4:30 pm or 5:30 pm (30 min session)

An intense 30-minute session designed to improve explosiveness, footwork, lateral movement, and quickness.

Developmental Training

Ages 7-12

Build a strong and powerful foundation for your young athlete. We deploy a variety of sports and athletic activities that will serve your child for years to come.

Your athlete will improve their speed, agility, and biomechanics.

Advanced Prep Training

Ages 13-18

Designed to focus on simple movements that allow athletes to enhance their athletic capabilities. We focus on Vertimax training and neurological development to total body coordination and injury prevention.
