Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises that focus on strength, cardio, and flexible training. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, our fitness classes are designed to challenge you and help you reach your full potential.

5:00, 6:00, 7:00, or 8:00 am
Upper Body
Tuesday & Friday
Upper body workouts primarily focus on strengthening and toning the muscles in your arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Exercises are performed with bodyweight or dumbbells, resistance bands, or weight machines.
Lower Body
Monday & Thursday
Lower body fitness classes will help you build strength in your legs, burn calories, improve balance and stability, and boost athletic performance. Looking for a class that makes daily life tasks easier? This class is for you!
HIIT & Cardio
Wednesday
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and cardio class involves alternating periods of high-intensity exercise with periods of low-intensity exercise. This class will maximize calorie burn and strengthen your core.
