Jennifer Hewitt

Personal Trainer – ACE Certified
PES, CPR/AED, Vertimax, TRX Certified

Jennifer attended McKendree University, where she earned her BS in Athletic Training. When Jennifer moved to Omaha in 2005, she worked with college athletes for four years at College of St. Mary’s where she earned her MSE and MA in Teaching. Jennifer has been in the education industry 8 years – 4 years Elementary PE and 4 years High School Administration.

Jennifer holds certifications in personal training (ACE), TRX, Vertimax, CPR/AED. Jennifer is currently working on her PES and Health Coach Certification.
Jennifer is very passionate about helping others reach their personal fitness and health goals.

Tyler Bullock

Ty Bullock

Ty Bullock is a native of Lincoln Nebraska who has a sports background consisting of football, basketball, and track in high school and played  collegiate basketball at the University of Nebraska Omaha. As a student-athlete at UNO Ty was a two-year starter and an All-American honorable mention selection as a senior. Bullock capped his Omaha career with 1,124 points, becoming the fastest player in school history to hit the 1,000 career points milestone. Ty was a member of the Academic Honor Roll and the NABC Honors Court and graduated from UNO with his bachelor’s degree in business.

Ty is now a Certified Personal Trainer and is also AED/CPR certified through ISSA  (The International Sports Sciences Association) and has worked with kids ages ranging from kindergarten to collegiate and even professionals!

Rachel Hamilton

Rachel discovered her love of working out and staying fit in college, learning on her own in the campus gym and later with student trainers. Now a veteran of CrossFit for over 3 years and a practitioner of yoga for even longer, she has completed her personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is excited to work with new clients who want to look and feel better and are ready to get a little sweaty on the way to reaching their goals!
